Improve your Energy, Stamina, Vitality, Immunity and Brain Function!

Healing brain injuries valhealingAmong the many approaches to healing and rejuvenation, Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha presents a Soul Mind Body Medicine perspective that includes the Power of Soul as the main ingredient for healing and rejuvenation. In our society we often see a decline in brain function, as well as body strength, as people move into the senior years. From the perspective or Soul Mind Body Medicine, one of the greatest ways to heal and rejuvenate one’s general stamina, energy, vitality and immunity (and even brain function) is to increase the power of the foundational energy centers of Lower Dan Tian and SnowMountain (Kundalini). The good news is that it’s never too late to improve these and it can be done by anyone at any time.

We are all born with these two fist sized energy centers. The SnowMountain is our pre-natal energy center – it carries our ancestral chi and nourishes our kidneys, brain and third eye (spiritual eye). To locate the SnowMountain, draw a straight line from the naval to the back, go back inward 1/3 the way, then drop down approximately 2 inches. It sits there in front of the tail bone. To increase SnowMountain is to increase health, vitality and longevity and the flow of energy to the brain. It therefore increases brain function and power.

The Lower Dan Tian is our post natal energy center and it is the key for our energy, stamina, vitality and immunity. It is known also as the seat of the soul. It is located roughly 1.5 inches below the navel and 2 inches inside the body. Either of these centers can be strong or weak for a variety of reasons. The good news is we can always help them grow stronger, thereby increasing our health and vitality!

To boost the SnowMountain, for example, Dr. Sha would recommend using The Four Power Techniques. Body Power is to use yin yang palm and place it on the snow mountain. To learn yin yang palm, place both hands out in front of you with palms facing away, like you’re saying “stop”. Grab your left thumb with your right hand , make a fist and hold it with 80% of your strength. Then wrap the fingers of your left hand around the fist of your right hand. This is yin yang palm. You can do this behind your back, sitting yin yang palm on the snow mountain. Mind Power – visualize great golden light filling your Snow Mountain area. Sound Power – Chant any of the following mantras: God’s Light, Sunlight, I love my Snow Mountain, boost snow Mountain; etc. Soul Power – Say Hello to your SnowMountain and your mantra: Dear my beloved SnowMountain area, I love you. You have the power to grow stronger. Do a good job! Thank you. Dear the mantra God’s Light, you have the power to heal, bless and make stronger my SnowMountain area. Please boost my SnowMountain. Thank you. Then chant!

Chant for 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes or longer. The longer the better. You will gain strength and the brain fog will begin to lift!
