“When Valentina first approached me to exercise in my forties, I was resistant at first.  However, as Valentina worked with me and taught me  to lift weights, climb on boxes,do squats and lunges with The Firm videos, I became convinced that regular exercise was a huge investment in my future health and wellness. 

I was more receptive when Valentina urged me to learn tai chi with her.  I was amazed by how such subtle movements could be so effective in improving flexibility, balance, and strength.

I had practiced yoga on my own for years, and I had been a jogger in my younger years, but I noticed that tai chi, yoga, and The Firm were ideal for maintaining fitness as I have aged.   Now, at 66, I feel that I am more fit in many ways than  I was in my twenties.  I have now figured out the components  needed for fitness with aging:  FABS:    Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Strength.   These are the four core competencies for aging actively, and I have Valentina to thank for starting me on this journey!”
