I have a friend who jokingly calls me the happy healer. I enjoy that title. While I don’t spend every waking moment of my life trying to be happy, I do work at maintaining a positive outlook no matter what is going on in my life.
I have always been happy to have my massage practice. I love helping my clients feel better. There is nothing that gives me a sense of purpose and truly makes me happy in my heart than knowing I have helped someone move out of pain.
I have recently been working on an adorable couple who are in the honeymoon phase of their relationship. I enjoy being around their loving energy and seeing them revel in their mutual happiness. When people are mature and have already navigated through some storms in their lives, they have more self-awareness. Their expectations are usually more realistic.
Now, they know what they need in a partner, they may even struggle with changing old communication styles that didn’t work in the past and have no place in the now. I celebrate their victories and triumphs.
as they create their own new normal. Love can be better the second time around when two souls learn how to grow and change together.
Namaste.
